Tom Mboya University wishes to inform all students who qualified for the award of various degrees and diplomas at the end of last academic year (2022/2023) and members of the public, that the 2nd Graduation Ceremony will be held on Friday, December 22, 2023 commencing at 8.00 a.m. The event will be streamed live through the following links; https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFjj7XELF1jIemDtkrewfRg

CLEARANCE OF FEES AND ORDER OF NAMES:
Only those who will have completed paying the fees due to the University will be allowed to graduate. ALL graduands are advised to confirm the order of their name with their respective Deans.
GRADUATION FEE
Each graduand will be required to obtain a clearance certificate from the relevant Faculty upon clearance with the respective Departments, Library, Hostels, Games and Finance Department. In addition, graduands must have cleared any fees arrears and all other dues owed to the University, failure to which shall lead to disqualification from the graduation ceremony.
ACADEMIC DRESS
Graduands who wish to hire gowns are required to apply and pay the relevant graduation fee as stated below. Gowns will be issued from Monday 18th December, 2023 up to Wednesday 20th December, 2023 during working hours. Graduation attire must be returned by Monday 8th January, 2023; after which a penalty of Ksh. 500 per day will be incurred. The following are the graduation charges for the various categories of graduands, which must be paid not later than Monday 11th December, 2023.
1. Award of Ph.D Convocation Fee is Ksh. 6000 and Hire of Academic Dress is Ksh. 3000
2. Award of Masters Convocation Fee is Ksh. 6000 and Hire of Academic Dress is Ksh. 3000
3.Award of Bachelors Convocation Fee is Ksh. 5000 and Hire of Academic Dress is Ksh. 2000
4. Award of Diploma Convocation Fee is Ksh. 3500 and Hire of Academic Dress is Ksh. 1000
5. Award of Certificate Convocation Fee is Ksh. 2500 and Hire of Academic Dress is Ksh. 1000
